The delegations attending these meetings consist of one or two Funding Agency Representatives, accompanied by the corresponding National Contact Physicist, called Linkperson in CMS. The Funding Agencies (FA) are Institutes, Laboratories or Agencies that have signed an MoU with the collaboration. 

The secretariat keeps a record of those being designated by each FA to represent them at the RRB meetings. Changes in these representations are to be announced to the Chairperson of the committee who is the CERN Director for Research and/or to the secretariat.

The National Contact Physicists attend the meetings to guide and support the FA Representatives, but in principle should not intervene unless they have been officially asked to do so on behalf of their Agency.
