Secretariat
The Secretariat is in charge of organizing the meetings of the CERN Scientific Committees and their subordinate bodies.
It provides assistance to the Chairpersons, Scientific Secretaries and to the members of the committees.
It co-ordinates the preparation and distribution of all documents related to the meetings, including Agenda, Minutes, Proposals, Letters of Intent, TDRs and Status Reports.
The team also collaborates with the CERN Archives namely by updating the pages on the History of the Experimental Programme, see below.
More information on the scope, members’ mandate and a list of documents related to the organization of the different committees is available in CDS.
The CERN Experimental Programme
The Greybook shows the database of Institutes and Participants in current Experiments, with mention to completed ones.
The CERN Archives website shows a list of all Experiments in the CERN Experimental Programme as well as their publications, including first proposals as submitted to the Scientific Committees.
