"The Scrutiny Group will receive for scrutiny at its spring meetings with the LHC Collaborations a presentation of expenditures for M&O categories A and B for the previous year, together with a presentation of issues and problems to be addressed in the scrutiny cycle of the current year.

The Scrutiny  Group will also receive proposals from the LHC Collaborations concerning the level, provision and sharing of M&O Category A costs for the following year, along with the proposed responsibilities and commitments for Category B. It will then carry out its scrutiny activities and will submit its reports for each experiment to the autumn meetings of the RRBs."
