All official documents related to the work of the DRD Committee are stored in CDS, the official repository.

The types of documents that you may be asked to submit to the DRDC are:

• New Proposal (P): When asked by the DRDC, please submit your initial proposal.
• Addendum (A) to an existing proposal: Use this for money matrix, extra information, etc.
• Status Report (SR) : Experiments approved will be regularly reviewed by the DRDC. Once the date of the review is known, the Committee requests a Status Report to be uploaded two weeks in advance of the meeting.

Use the option Memorandum (M) for any other information that you may want to submit to the DRDC

In all cases, please use this link to submit documents to the DRDC via CDS.

Here are some instructions:
To submit an initial file, select the type of document and click "Submit". You will be asked to provide some basic information (scope, abstract, authors, etc) and to transfer your document in pdf format. Under "Reference number of the original document (DRDC-?-???) " replace the question marks by the letter indicating the type of document (P,  A, SR or M) and the name of your proposed collaboration, DRD1, DRD2, etc. For example, for the first proposal for DRD1, use DRDC-P-DRD1.

Warning: do not try to submit the same document twice: use the option 'Modify' instead. CDS keeps all previous versions.
